COACHING

"Tracy is one of the most creative problem solvers I know.  She is focused and strategic, a natural leader who can help you visualize tomorrow and take you there. She exudes positive energy.  Working with her is always productive . . . and fun!" Gail J. Gordon, Long-time in-house counsel for national Jewish communal organization
"Tracy’s positive outlook and forward-thinking vision brings out the best in both individuals and organizations.  Her “one size fits one” philosophy lets each person move along uniquely charted path.  Her enthusiasm and humor are infused into everything she does making even the most difficult to tackle subjects seem manageable."  Brenda Landau, Director of Legacy Development, Jewish Community Foundation of Southern Arizona

Nothing teaches better than after swimming in the mud.    When you are in the thick of it, sometimes you can't feel anything other than overwhelmed.  But afterwards, when you have time to sit and reflect- and hopefully analyze what happened you can better understand  and plan how to move forward.

Tracy utilizes humor and real life examples to teach and brainstorm.  It isn't about Tracy being right, it is about calling on experience, strategy and the skill set of all the parties involved to problem solve, vision and plan.

Services Offered:

  • Executive Coaching- Tracy has worked with scores of executives who are either new, at the helm of an organization undergoing strategic planning or just need help getting through a difficult time.  Tracy helps to align roles and clarify expectations.
  • Organizational Assessment - Knowing where you are, what your weaknesses and strengths are is critical in developing a long term strategy.  Tracy can help facilitate an agency wide assessment to make sure that any hidden issues are addressed prior to implementing a new initiative.
  • Leadership Development - Be it board or staff development, Tracy can help with role clarification, board/staff relations and/or organizational re-design.  Focusing on the organization's mission and determining the best way to achieve success is a plan that needs attention.
  • Mission Review - Times change.  People change.  Needs change.  Building a new campaign or strategic planning effort needs to start with a review of the mission.  Does it need to be modified?  Is a vision statement needed that clarifies how the mission will be achieved?
  • Getting the Word Out- You may have the most wonderful mission and if no one knows about you, then you simply won't succeed.  Building a brand, utilizing social media and ongoing contact is critical to success.
Tracy was incredibly helpful when our small group of advocates wanted to formalize into an organization. She brought expertise in organizational development and fundraising as well as creativity and lots of fun. We couldn’t have done it without her!
